Two ways to work together
Supervision
For associate clinicians working toward licensure. Supervision supports your clinical skills, case conceptualization, ethics, and professional identity, and Debra can sign off on your hours. Supervisees must be licensed or registered in Oregon.
Consultation
For fully licensed therapists. Consultation is a collegial space to think through a case, explore a specialty area, or find your footing after a hard session. It is not clinical supervision. Consultees may be located anywhere.
What we might work on
- Trauma-informed work: EMDR, Brainspotting, the Flash Technique, and Internal Family Systems.
- Couples work: understanding cycles, attachment needs, and when to slow a session down.
- Case conceptualization and treatment planning you feel confident in.

About Debra as a supervisor
Debra has been a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist since 1996, an AAMFT Approved Supervisor since 2005, and is an approved clinical supervisor with the Oregon Board of Licensed Professional Counselors and Therapists. She supervises associates on a range of licensure paths and can sign off on hours toward licensure. Her approach is collaborative, grounded in thirty years of clinical experience, and attentive to the whole therapist, not just the caseload. Read more about Debra →
Rates and format
60-minute session
$150
30-minute session
$100
The same rates apply to supervision and consultation. Sessions are individual and available online or in person at the Cottage Grove office. Supervision and consultation are private-pay services.

Is there a group option?
No. Supervision and consultation are offered as individual sessions, in 60-minute or 30-minute lengths.
